Together, we leverage areas of strength while improving what's not optimal. Along with 25 years of business consulting experience and my coaching practice, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NBCC).
Especially relevant is my work as an Archetypal Pattern Analyst, which encompasses developmental and Jungian psychology, ontological naturalism, systems and field theory, quantum physics, and the recognition of the psyche's defense mechanisms. This reflective lens aids in our work significantly, helping us examine and integrate an understanding of how patterned behaviors manifest in nature's world (and thus your own).

Expert competence distinguishes the experienced professional from a trained technician who may have practical know-how but lacks a theoretical basis for certain skills. Knowledge of relevant theory and the skills to apply it make possible the creativity, vision, and innovation expected from a professional coach. I have built my approach on integrity, personal and professional development, and depth of understanding. You might say I “eat my own cooking.” My training, license, and experience demonstrate my high level of professional competence in the personal development and psychology field.
Coaching leverages qualities that made me a good consultant in my past business career, and I find it immensely fulfilling. In late 2025, I completed certification as an Archetypal Pattern Analyst at the Assisi Institute: The International Center for the Study of Archetypal Patterns. The trans-disciplinary program integrates depth psychology with the new sciences: Field theory (QFT), systems theory, and quantum physics, as manifested in patterns in the natural world and psychology. Understanding patterns on these deeper level provides incredible insight in helping a system bifurcate. This leads to second order change.
My clinical experience has deepened my understanding of the human psyche and our inner world. Formerly, my business breadth put me on the front lines of real-world deal-making, teaching me invaluable lessons about how executives and professionals think and act. Today I embody all these aspects of my training and experience to coach more effectively. I am a careful listener, able to connect and be curious, while fostering trust and authenticity. I coach at these intersections to produce powerful results.
